What is your pet policy?
Dogs and cats are welcome upon management approval. Cats must be spayed/neutered and de-clawed. There is a one time fee of $350, for a second pet add $150. All but $100 of this is refundable providing there are no damages. There is a $30 premium per month per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per unit.
 

 

What are the fees to rent, and when are they due?
Reservation deposit:

A non-refundable reservation deposit of $100 is required to reserve the apartment of your choice which is applied to your security deposit.


Credit Application:
There is a $30 credit application (per applicant) which is due upon turning in your application.

 

Security deposit:
$500 with approved credit ($125.00 of the security deposit is non-refundable)


Administration fee:
Waived

 

 

What does my monthly rent include?
Your monthly rent includes cold water, curb-side trash removal and 24 hour maintenance service. It also covers unlimited access to our 24 hr. fitness center, dry sauna & clubhouse.  Residents can rent our clubhouse for parties of up to 80 people at a very low rate. 

 

When do I sign my lease agreement?
Generally you sign your lease agreement the week of or same day as your move in.

 

Do you offer short term leases or furnished apartments?
Yes. It is a standard 12 month lease but 3, 6 & 9 month leases are available with an additional monthly premium. Corporate furnished apartments are also available upon request, please ask for further details.
